The domain name of the Website is owned by REIFY (“we/ us/ our/ REIFY”), a company incorporated in July’2016 under the companies act.

The customer’s (“you/ your/ traveller”) use of the Website, services and tools are governed by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Use”) including the applicable policies which are incorporated herein by way of reference and constitutes a valid agreement between you and REIFY. If you transact on the Website, you shall be subject to the policies that are applicable, as displayed on the Website for such transaction. Your use of this Website constitutes your binding obligation and agreement to all such terms, conditions, and notices which are subject to amendment without any notice by REIFY. Any usage of the Website is subject to the following Terms of Use:

Limitation on content usage:

Your use of any information or materials on this Website is entirely at your own risk, for which REIFY shall not undertake any liability. It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available through this Website, meet your specific requirements.

You are restricted from modifying, copying, distributing, transmitting, displaying, performing, reproducing, publishing, licensing, creating derivative works from, transferring, or selling any information, software, products or services obtained from this Website. Reproduction of content from the Website is prohibited save and except in accordance with the copyright notice, which forms part of these Terms of Use.

Unauthorized use of the Website may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offence. You shall solely bear the consequences arising out of the breach of any of the terms given above. Further REIFY reserves exclusive rights to alter, modify, and delete any of the contents without giving prior notice to any person.

The Website contain materials which is either owned by, or licensed, to REIFY. This material includes, but is not limited to, the design, layout, look, appearance and graphics of the content displayed on the Website. From time to time, the Website may also include links to other websites. These links are provided for your convenience for providing further useful information. They do not signify that we endorse the website(s). We, or our contractors, agents, owners, and employees are not responsible for the content or policies of such other websites to which our Website may link or use offers from. Please take time to learn about them as well.

Limitation of liability for fault not attributable to REIFY:

You agree and acknowledge that REIFY will have the right of indemnification for any loss that may be caused to REIFY for any misuse of its Website, by you and REIFY will have all rights to approach the appropriate court of law for enforcement of such rights.

REIFY and/or its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents or suppliers and their respective successors, heirs and permitted assigns will not be liable for any loss that you may suffer due to rejection of your visa, hotel cancellation policies and/or any other policy of third parties service providers who are involved in the product that you purchase from REIFY.

Bookings will only be considered confirmed only if the payments are done in full and duly realized by Reify, as per the schedule and agreed arrangement and are realized.

The itinerary specifies the type/category/quantity of accommodation(Hotel and Room) and vehicle. All the activities, sightseeing are as per the mutual understanding and coverage is done in such a manner that the best of the places can be enjoyed as per the travel schedule.

It shall be your obligation to ensure that your passport is valid and eligible for undertaking international travel. REIFY and/or its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents or suppliers and their respective successors, heirs and permitted assigns will not be liable for passport being declared ineligible for entry/exit during or prior to undertaking the international travel. Given below, are certain essential do’s and don’ts with respect to your passport:

• Validity of passports should be at least 6 months from date of return;
• Hand written passports will not be considered valid;
• Passports must have barcode;
• Passports should not be mutilated or tampered; and
• Name on passport should match with name on other documents provided for visa.

In case the hotel/room/vehicle is not operational/available due to any reason, Reify shall inform the traveller before the travel start dates and further arrangements will be done as per the mutual understanding and consent of both the parties.

In case local attractions are closed for maintenance/weather conditions/government orders/strike/curfew/natural calamity/other unforeseen reasons, Reify will not be responsible, however we will try our best to offer the alternate options pertaining to the situation.

Food and Beverages cost will be taken care by the traveler other than specified in the itinerary. For meals included in the package, the menu is generally preset as per the hotel/homestay(s)/accommodation internal guidelines and are not in control of Reify. Specific choice of meal may not be available. Traveler are requested to kindly contact the reception of the concerned place of stay for specific choices and arrangements.

Customers should take responsibility of their own luggage. Cab drivers do not provide porter services and cannot be held liable for any such loss

100% amount needs to be paid for flight tickets in advance for issuance of tickets; If flight fare has increased/decreased by the time payment reaches us, then the same shall be borne by the client and the quotation would be revised accordingly

Any amendments/addition/change in the itinerary once the payment is done either in part or full must be notified in the writing formally to Reify. Any cost arises due to the amendments will be borne by the traveler.

In case the travel dates are postponed, any cost occurred because of the postponed will be borne by the traveler.

In case of change of itinerary by traveler without prior information to Reify, Reify shall not be liable for any non-delivery of inclusions.

Package/hotel/inclusions/itinerary will not be entertained in cases of any dispute.

Any type of personal expense during the trip shall be borne by the traveler.

Any type of insurance i.e general/medical/accidental/incidental etc is not included in the travel package and cost.

Any type of entry fee to monuments, museums, parks, sightseeing place is not included in the travel package or cost unless it is specified in the final itinerary.

Any cost arising due to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure cases (such as curfew, riots etc), Reify shall not be liable for any losses made thereof

Reify will not be liable for any losses incurred due to any delays made due to by the customer. Reify will not be responsible for any services revoked from the hotel without prior notice

Reify will not be responsible for the loss/damage of any type of personal belongings.

Traveler has the right to verify the trip confirmation voucher provided by Reify and can brought to notice in case of any discrepancy.

In case of non-compliance of payment terms, Reify reserves the right to cancel the booking.

Refunds can only be given against those inclusions which were/are not delivered during the trip. Refunds will not be given in any other case.

If due to unforeseen circumstances, the traveler has to pay for the inclusions already mentioned in the package, refund claims for the inclusions part of the package may be considered and refunded upon submission of proper receipts, provided this was pre-informed to Reify.

Cancellation amount/charges will be calculated as per total booking amount, irrespective of whether full booking amount has been paid or not

It is mandatory to carry a valid photo identity card for hotel stay (Passport/Driving License/Voter ID card/Aadhar card)

Force Majeure:

Neither REIFY nor any of its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents or suppliers and their respective successors, heirs and permitted assigns shall be responsible for, or be deemed to be in default on account of, any failure to perform or due to delay in performance of any of its obligations hereunder, in whole or in part, if such performance is rendered impracticable by the occurrence of acts of war, whether declared or undeclared, sabotage, embargo, acts of terrorism, riot or other civil commotion, failure in transportation, act of any government or any court or administrative agency thereof, acts of God, fire, explosion, flood, earthquake, strike, act of government or other catastrophes, epidemics or quarantine restrictions, or other cause(s) beyond the reasonable control of REIFY (“Force Majeure”). Both you and REIFY shall use their best efforts to avoid, overcome and offset the effects of any cause or potential cause of an event of Force Majeure. Upon cessation of the cause of the Force Majeure, the Terms of Use given hereunder, shall again become fully operative. However, a Force Majeure event will not relieve you or REIFY of the obligations accrued prior to the occurrence of the Force Majeure.

Transaction privity:

The Website is a platform that are offered to you for meeting and interacting with concerned and us/other(s) service providers for organizing your travel.

All commercial/contractual terms are offered by and agreed to between the travellers and REIFY alone. The commercial/contractual terms include without limitation terms relating to price, payment methods, payment terms, date, period and mode of delivery, warranties related to products and services and after sales services related to products and services.

You acknowledge that through the Website, REIFY provides a platform which enables you to have access to various travel services offered by the REIFY. It is agreed that the contract for sale of any of the products or services shall be a strictly bipartite contract between the you and REIFY shall not be a privy to such contract.

REIFY, and/or its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents or suppliers and their respective successors, heirs and permitted assigns, shall not be or deemed to be responsible or be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential damages or any damages whatsoever including, but not limited to, damages for loss of use, data or profits, arising out of or in any way connected with the use or performance of this Website, or for any lack or deficiency of services provided by any person (including any airline, other travel agent / tour operator, hotel, facility or similar agency), whom you shall engage or hire or appoint, pursuant to or resulting from, the content available on the Website.

REIFY does not make any representation or warranty as to the item-specifics (such as legal title, creditworthiness, identity, etc.) of other service providers. You are advised to independently verify the bona fides of any other travel agent that you choose to deal with, and use your best judgment in that behalf.

REIFY shall not be liable for delays or inabilities in performance or non-performance in whole or in part of its obligations due to any causes that are not due to its acts or omissions and are beyond its reasonable control, such as Force majeure events or other similar causes, problems at airlines, rails, buses, hotels or transporters end. In such event, the affected traveller will be promptly given notice as the situation permits.

Privacy :

Your privacy is extremely important to us. Upon acceptance of these Terms of Use, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unequivocally accepted our Privacy Policy.

Ensuring Quality

REIFY shall ensure prompt redressal of any deficiency in service registered by a traveler. It may or may not further, as per its discretion, provide credit vouchers covering full or partial amount of the payment received from the traveler.

Cancellation Policy

Flights Delays and Cancellations:

Reify will not be liable for any flight delays due to weather or technical issues or any natural calamities. If your arrival is delayed, there are no last minute refunds for missed hotel nights. We will do our best to make, as per your request, however in the event of new arrangements being made you will be liable for any increase cost of booking. As a basic principle, no refunds will be paid to guests.

Payment not paid in full: 

Please note if we do not receive all payments (including any surcharge and taxes where applicable) in full and on time. In this case, we will be entitled to keep all amounts paid or due at that date.

If you change your trip: 

If, after the contract between us has come into existence, you want to change your itinerary/confirmed booking, we will try our best to accommodate your requests, however we cannot guarantee that such changes can be made. Where a change can be made, we will charge for any additional costs incurred only if incurred by any of our suppliers.

If you cancel your trip:

 If you have to cancel the confirmed booking then we must be notified in a written notification via email. The email id for the cancellation request is “bookings@itvaar.com”. You are advised to ask for the acknowledgement in writing of the cancellation by us/REIFY. Charges will be applied from the date your email is received, if any, which please note. The charges, if any, are applied on the total invoice amount including any amendment charges.

REIFY may or may not further, purely at our discretion, provide the options of refund in any/such case, otherwise the standard cancellation policy is stated below applicable to all the confirmed bookings.
